Our philosophy

We are a bespoke law firm. We do not rely on standardised solutions, because family matters — especially those with an international dimension — require an individual approach and a precisely tailored strategy

Every matter we handle is treated as a distinct project — one that takes into account the realities of the client’s life, their financial circumstances and family relationships. Our aim is to develop solutions that are not only legally sound, but above all effective and workable in practice.

We operate where national borders intersect with differences between legal systems, providing support in matters that require particular precision, experience and an understanding of the international context.

Why us

We work as a team, combining experience, diverse perspectives and complementary approaches to case management. Our strength lies in synergy — bringing together international experience and a strategic mindset with procedural precision and analytical insight. We also combine female and male perspectives, as well as experience from different stages of life, which allows us to better understand the dynamics of family conflict and represent our clients’ interests more effectively. Operating between Kraków and London, we provide support in cross-border matters, ensuring continuity and consistency of action regardless of jurisdiction. In our practice, every matter is treated individually — with due care, discretion and responsibility.

Team

We are the first law firm in Poland to combine legal practice with certified divorce coaching, using accredited tools in our work with clients.

Advocate Ewa Kodymowska-Sioła

Founder | International Family Lawyer | Accredited Divorce Coach

A lawyer with over 18 years of experience in international family law matters, including cross-border divorces, international parental child abduction under the 1980 Hague Convention, and cases concerning children.

She works between Kraków and London, collaborating with clients and law firms on matters involving multiple jurisdictions.

She specialises in high-conflict cases, including the representation of men as victims of domestic abuse. She combines legal practice with certified coaching, supporting clients in making informed and strategic decisions. She is included on the lists of lawyers maintained by the U.S. Consulate in Kraków and the Embassy of Italy in Warsaw for their respective citizens. She is also a member of the IAFL, the prestigious International Academy of Family Lawyers, and is currently in the process of qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Junior Partner | International Litigation Specialist

Mikołaj is a litigation-focused lawyer who brings a male perspective and a strategic, analytical approach to cross-border matters. He specialises in protecting clients’ interests in highly sensitive situations where family law intersects with the psychology of conflict.

Protection of men in crisis: He builds effective defence strategies for men experiencing domestic abuse, including psychological and economic abuse. His mission is to restore balance in proceedings where fathers face parental alienation or false allegations.

Precision in Hague Convention cases: He focuses on the technical and evidential aspects of child return proceedings. He specialises in establishing “grave risk” under Article 13(b), ensuring that his clients’ safety remains a priority at every stage of the process.

PL-UK operational expertise: He is highly effective in procedures involving Poland and the United Kingdom, ensuring seamless legal action regardless of linguistic or procedural barriers.

Fact-based strategy: His working style is defined by clear-headed analysis, the gathering of solid evidence and an uncompromising pursuit of the truth in high-stakes family law matters.
